This interactive discussion platform enables teams to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate directly within SharePoint. The single-page application features a clean card-based layout with category badges, relative timestamps, and upvote tracking. Users can create new discussions, post threaded replies, and filter content by type (Question, Suggestion, Initiative, General Discussion) or search across all posts. The backend leverages two connected SharePoint Lists—one for discussion threads and one for replies—linked by discussion ID to create the threaded conversation structure. The architecture includes SharePoint REST API integration with form digest authentication for secure CRUD operations. This demo version ships with sample data for standalone preview, while production deployment pulls live data from the Lists.
